EXCHANGE/RETURN/REFUND POLICY:

  • Customer can exchange the order within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • If the returned product is not intact or not in good condition or it is damaged then no return , exchange or refund will be done.
  • We reserve the right not to accept return of products which we believe are being returned after use, washed or soiled . If the label of the product is damaged or torn then the product will not be exchanged or returned.
  •  We will not be able to arrange reverse pickup of products. If you have received a defective product, send us images at support@klaema.com and we will get back to you.
  • Once confirmed by our customer care team, the customer needs to ship the product to our office:
  • To check the hygiene standards of our products, all the exchanges will go through a quality check by our team and will be further accepted / declined for exchange.
  • If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.
  • In case of manufacturing defect, the company will bear the reverse pickup charges. But in case of colour change or exchange in size or any type of issue, then the customer needs to bear the reverse pickup expense.
  • We grant you a period of 7 days from the day the order was delivered by the delivery executive.
  • In case you return the goods within the contractual term of the right of withdrawal, you will only be reimbursed with the amount paid for said products. Delivery charges will not be reimbursed after the goods returned.
  • In case you have received a damaged, defective, missing or a wrong product on delivery. Please reach out to us within 24 hours at support@klaema.com
  • Exchange of a product is subject to stock availability.
  • An order can be returned / exchanged to a maximum of two (2) consecutive times.
